Jay was such a talented, creative, and adventuresome man. His family thought that contributing to two art organizations that encourage artistic expression in children and young adults would be a great tribute to Jay's memory. They also thought that contributing to the restoration and preservation of the California State Parks would be a fitting tribute to his love of the outdoors. All three of these organizations are in keeping with his interests in life.

PRECITA EYES (www.precitaeyes.org)

Precita Eyes Mural Arts & Visitors Center, established in 1977 and currently located in San Francisco's Mission District, is a non-profit multipurpose community arts organization that has played an integral role in the city's cultural heritage and arts education. Precita Eyes has a direct impact on arts education in the Mission District by offering mural and art classes for chil! dren and youth (18 months through 19 years) and other classes for adults. They're also responsible for many of the beautiful murals all over the city. This was an organization that Jay really liked, and supported.
